Production Process

The metal coil is first loaded onto the decoiler and fed into the roll forming section. Through multiple forming rollers the sheet gradually forms into the trapezoidal shape. After forming, the hydraulic cutting system cuts the sheet to the required length and the finished panels are automatically discharged.
